Spire Cardiff Hospital finalist in the 2011 Independent Healthcare Awards

Spire Cardiff Hospital has been named as finalists in the 2011 Laing & Buisson Independent Healthcare Awards for the Hotel Services award category.

Hotel Services Manager Nicki Miller said, "All staff within hotel services are multi-skilled, therefore can work in all departments that come under the hotel services umbrella, as the business needs require". For 2011 the department aimed to achieve a continuous improvement in patient satisfaction scores and for all staff to have ownership at the right level.

Laing & Buisson selected the finalists from the many nominations they received. Winners will be announced at the Gala Dinner which will be held on 20 September 2011.
