Background Information 
Professional profile:
I trained at King's College Hospital, London and then as a senior registrar in Bristol. I have been a consultant at Southmead Hospital for 13 years.

My clinical specialty is the treatment of endometriosis by laparoscopic (key-hole) surgery. These skills also lend themselves to the treatment of a large number of other gynaecological conditions with key-hole surgery. These include cysts of the ovary, as well as hysterectomy.
I perform transvaginal ultrasound scans during the consultation. This allows a 'one stop' approach to most gynaecological conditions, as well as providing me with vital information for the discussion of treatment options with patients.
Personal profile:
My wife and I enjoy good food and good company and I am under the spell of my two young daughters. My golf clubs also demand attention on occasion, and I battle with an embarrassingly high handicap.
