Low infection rates
The issue of hospital acquired infections has appeared frequently in the media over recent years, and we are pleased to say that we maintain an excellent record of infection control with no cases of MRSA bacteraemia*. All patients who are at high risk from MRSA are clinically screened for the presence of any infection before they are admitted. Our theatres all have the latest laminar air flow system, which constantly cleans the air, while our meticulously cleaned singleoccupancy bedrooms also help to reduce the risk of infection.
