Dr McCorry is a Consultant Neurologist and honorary senior lecturer at the University Hospital Birmingham. He has research interest in epilepsy and leads the epilepsy service at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. Dr McCorry coordinates the epilepsy surgery programme, run a first seizure clinic and he is trying to develop epilepsy services within the West Midlands.Dr McCorry offers general neurology services to Hereford County Hospital and enjoys managing patients with all kinds of neurology problems, including headaches, multiple sclerosis and parkinsons.
Dr McCorry has Scottish roots but grew up in Sutton Coldfield and attended Bishop Walsh School.After many years away he now lives in Sutton, he is a father of two children and has a season ticket at Aston Villa Football Club, he will of course see Birmingham City supporters as he is grateful of the six points that Aston Villa can guarantee while they remain in the premiership!
