“A good doctor treats the patient’s problem. An excellent doctor treats the patient and the problem.” My philosophy is to assess the whole patient and give an unbiased opinion on what can be done, along with all the down sides. Cosmetic surgery is not about the operation only. It is about understanding the patient’s needs and meeting their expectations. Occasionally, it is also to let the patient know when this is not possible. Never should an operation be done that will compromise the patient’s safety. "Do no harm" is at the forefront in my mind when I meet with all my patients.
