This was the best decision of my life.
I had been walking around in pain for eight months under the NHS with a hernia. When I finally got an ultrasound on the NHS, my Doctor then told me that I now go on a list for an appointment to see a consultant in three to four months’ time, not for the operation.
I phoned the Wellesley hospital to be told I could be seen in two days to see the top consultant; Mr Dworkin. The reception team were so courteous and polite, and I only waited 15 minutes.
Mr Dworkin was such a lovely man in every way when he examined me and he explained everything in an easy way for me to understand. I’ve since had my operation, 10/10 great hospital.
So glad that I made the decision.
