General surgery focuses on the abdominal area and intestines including the oesophagus, stomach, small bowel, colon, liver, pancreas, gallbladder and bile ducts. Our general surgeons also perform surgical procedures for patients with skin lesions, hernias and varicose veins.
Most of our General Surgeons perform minimally-invasive laparoscopic or keyhole procedures, which can help reduce recovery time.
