I completed training in nephrology (renal) and general internal medicine in 2006 and have been employed as a consultant in the renal unit of Leeds Teaching Hospitals since 2009. I am an expert in the investigation and management of hypertension (high blood pressure), the diagnosis and management of kidney disease (including chronic kidney disease, disorders of the urine, urinary tract infections) and also in the diagnosis and management of general medical conditions.

From my long experience as a consultant, I pride myself on being able to diagnose patients who may present with many different symptoms, either treating them personally or when needed referring on to a different specialist colleague for further management.

I specialise in the treatment of hypertension, kidney disease and also general medical conditions.
