I feel compelled to write a letter and congratulate you on the quality of doctors and nursing staff employed. Nothing has been too much trouble and the attention I have received has been outstanding.
I think I have spent time with each shift now, and the people I have encountered throughout have all been superb. The catering staff, physio, doctors, cleaners and porters are all fantastic and have helped to make my stay bearable. I notice many have worked here 20 years plus, which I believe says a lot about the work place and their commitment to the hospital.
I hope my treatment is coming to an end now and I wanted everyone involved to know how grateful I am and what a fantastic team they make. I would like to personally thank them all for seeing me through a tough time.
