Chris has a special interest in Sports Science, Medicine and Rehabilitation and keeps his skills up to date regularly by attending relevant training courses. Prior to his physiotherapy training, Chris completed a Sport and Exercise Science degree, giving him a broader perspective. He uses a combination of treatment techniques including manual therapy, acupuncture, massage and exercise prescription, often in combination to achieve the best results for patients. He also enjoys sport on a personal level, which provides him with an understanding of working towards rehabilitation and fitness goals. Furthermore he has plans to start a postgraduate qualification in Sports Medicine in the near future.
