At Spire Portsmouth Hospital our team of highly skilled Consultant Gynaecologists and Breast Surgeons have extensive NHS experience and offer a wide range of expert advice and treatments, supported by our dedicated and very experienced healthcare professionals. 

We offer quick access to consultant appointments (available within 48 hours), tests, diagnosis and treatments. Breast care

As a specialist cancer facility we are able to provide fast access to diagnosis of breast lumps. You will benefit from the expertise of our Consultant Breast Surgeons and Radiologists using specialist diagnostic and imaging facilities. 

If a lump is diagnosed, the surgeons at Spire Portsmouth Hospital will undertake surgery to remove the lump as well as a full or partial mastectomy, they may also remove sentinel lymph nodes to assess the spread of cancerous cells.  They can also carry out reconstructive breast surgery. 

Following surgery you may require further cancer treatment and this can be undertaken in either our dedicated Oncology Unit or in the purpose bulit state-of-the-art Radiotherapy Centre.
