I graduated with honours from Leeds University in 2000. I then joined the Yorkshire orthopaedic rotation undertaking training posts around Yorkshire, particularly focussing on hip and knee surgery.
I obtained the FRCS (Tr & Orth) in 2010 and was admitted onto the specialist register in 2011.
I have undertaken two specialist fellowships, one covering all aspects of knee surgery, the other focussing on knee and hip replacements.
I was appointed to a consultant post at Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust in June 2012. My elective practice focusses on arthroscopic knee surgery and knee and hip replacement. In addition to primary joint replacement, I offer all forms of partial knee replacement and arthroscopic knee surgery aimed at both improving symptoms and prolonging the life of the patients own knee joint.
