Since his appointment at the Western General Hospital, Dr Noble has developed a broad practice across gastroenterology. In the clinic he sees patients with weight loss, difficulty swallowing, reflux, abdominal pain, change in bowel habit and rectal bleeding. He specialises in the management of patients with chronic intestinal diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease along with functional bowel diseases such as irritable bowel syndrome.
He has also developed a specific focus on endoscopy and the removal of polyps at colonoscopy. In conjunction with his colleagues at Edinburgh Gastroenterology he aims to deliver high level care to patients with gastrointestinal problems.
