Channel 4's Embarrassing Bodies film at Spire Dunedin Hospital

March 2010

On Monday 11th Janaury Channel 4 filmed the first instalment of their TV show, Embarrassing Bodies at 22 Bath Road.

Mr. Magee made his TV debut consulting on an unusual case of Varicose veins. The filming lasted about 2 hours in total, although this is only the first part of the procedure to be performed.

After a few months of indecision about which series to run the episode in, filming is continuing next month, April, to allow the episode to be aired in the next series in the Autumn.

Channel 4 are coming back next month to film the other procedures the patient requires.
