Mr Armstrong graduated and trained in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in London, Australia and New York. He undertook Higher Surgical training in Plastic Surgery at the Royal Marsden Hospital, London and Cosmetic Surgery in Harley Street, London. Mr Armstrong is on the GMC Register as a Specialist in Plastic Surgery.

Anthony Armstrong has served on the “Professional Standards Committee” and “Council” of the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS) at The Royal College of Surgeons.

Further, he is an examiner in Plastic Surgery for the FRCS (Plast) examination and has published and presented both nationally and internationally on various topics in plastic and reconstructive. He is often asked for his opinion as an expert in cosmetic surgery by BBC radio, television, and press agencies.
