Some of the leading medical consultants in the south-east, who are at the top of their profession in various specialties, have been giving presentations and answering questions at a series of public health information evenings. The purpose of the events, covering “the good, the bad and the ugly”, is to provide event attendees with the opportunity to find out more about their bodies.
The events, held at the Bush Hotel in Farnham, are the brainchild of private healthcare provider, Spire Clare Park Hospital, and have been running weekly on Monday evenings from 10 September 2012 until 17 November 2012. The topics already covered have featured the spine, liver, waterworks, bones, veins, bottom, heart, bottom, and women’s health.
Each of these free events has seen a higher than expected number of attendees and has proved very beneficial, giving people the opportunity to hear from experts. The remaining events cover the ear, nose and throat (5 November) and digestion and nutrition (12 November).
There are places still available but it is advisable to book your place in advance by calling 01252 895 490 or email email@example.com.
