Invitation to a North West GP Symposium
This GP Symposium will be hosted by Spire Healthcare’s hospitals in north-west England. Spire Cheshire Hospital, Spire Manchester Hospital and Spire Regency Hospital look forward to welcoming you to the event.

*****You will need to indicate on the registration form your preferences for both the morning and afternoon lectures by ranking them 1-6 for the morning and 1-6 for the afternoon. You will attend 3 sessions in the morning and 3 in the afternoon. There could be occasions where you do not receive your choice due to over-subscription.*****

**The full conference will count as 6 hours of CPD and all attendees will be provided with a certificate of attendance. The lectures and workshops have been designed to provide education to GP’s with advice on when to refer, as well as other benefits, which they will be able to take back and apply within their practices**

Your cheque will be returned to you on the day if you attend.
