How to access services
We require a signed referral usually from your GP/consultant. This can be posted or faxed to the radiology department, who will then contact you directly to arrange a mutually convenient time for you to attend.
When will I get my results?
The scans have to be reviewed by a radiologist who will interpret them and write a report to the doctor who referred you. You should arrange an appointment with the referring doctor to discuss the results. If you haven’t been told the results of your scan within 10 days, you should contact your referring doctor.
