Professional profile:
Having completed my pre-clinical and clinical training at Oxford University, I embarked on a career in Obstetrics & Gynaecology. This involved working in Australia for a year and as a specialist registrar rotating around the South East Thames region. In this time I was trained in vaginal surgery, outpatient minor procedures and spent six months as an attachment specialising in vaginal surgery and minimal access surgery. Consequently I have developed a good background in gynaecology.
Personal profile:
As a woman I have concentrated on work and family and especially with a young family enjoy home life to the full. My husband is also in the medical profession, fortunately not Obstetrics & Gynaecology, and we enjoy holidays, food and drink.
