Professional profile:
I have been consultant general physician with an interest in respiratory medicine since 1984 and am a fellow and examiner for the Royal College of Physicians of London. My main interest is respiratory medicine and in particular asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and lung cancer, sarcoidosis and pulmonary fibrosis.

Facilities at the Spire Tunbridghe Wells Hospital enable me to carry out bronchoscopy and perform spirometric evaluation of lung function. As a general physician I am able to to give opinions on general medical conditions such as hypertension, angina, heart failure, strokes, M.E. and virtually all other common general medical conditions. I have also acted as an expert witness on a number of medico-legal issues relating to both general and respiratory medicine.
