The treatments used at Spire Southampton Hospital are evidence based and are continuously updated and improved. We take time to understand your home work situations and liaise closely with Consultants and GPs.
We aim to ensure you receive the best treatment and advice in order to help return you to normal fitness as soon as possible. The earlier you request an assessment for an injury and receive appropriate treatment, the faster we will be able to help you resume your daily activities and sports.

At Spire Southampton Hospital we run a Back Pain Assessment Clinic where physiotherapist clinical specialists triage patients in conjunction with spinal surgeons and pain consultants. Do I need a GP Referral?
You do not need a doctors referral to be seen by a Physiotherapist, but medically insured patients may be required to visit their GP prior to attending. Whether you are insured or not, we're open to everyone.
