Mr Bassi did his undergraduate training in Cambridge and London and most of his orthopaedic training in Merseyside.
He undertook upper limb and hand surgery fellowships in Wrightington and Derby before being appointed as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at Macclesfield District General Hospital in 2009.
Mr Bassi is married with two daughters. Most of his free time is spent relaxing with his family. He also enjoys reading novels and watching films.
