    Background Information 
    Professional profile:
    Mr Wiseman qualified in Cambridge and following basic surgical training in the UK, France and New Zealand undertook a period of research in London, where he published on a number of topics including bladder ultrastructure and function and the use of sacral neuromodulation. He underwent specialist training in urology on the North London rotation, including at Guys Hospital and UCLH ("The Institute of Urology"). His clinical interests are in the treatment of kidney stones, including use of the holmium laser to treat kidney stones, and management of prostate disorders. He was appointed as Consultant Urologist at Addenbrookes Hospital in Cambridge and Hinchingbrooke Hospital in Huntingdon in 2007. As a partner in the Cambridge Urology Partnership, he also offers a full range of urological services at the Spire Cambridge Lea Hospital along with colleagues Mr Tev Aho, Mr Andy Doble, Mr Nimish Shah and Mr John Kelly, providing regular outpatient clinics, including "one-stop" clinics for patients with haematuria, raised PSA and lower urinary tract symptoms.
