I qualified from Northumbria University in 2011. I worked in the medico legal and occupational health industries before moving to the Spire. I qualified in acupuncture and have done additional courses in sports and kinesio taping and advanced shoulder diagnosis and rehabilitation.

I have also undertaken additional training in breast cancer care and I work closely with the oncology breast care nurse supporting clients following surgery. I also run the Pink Ribbon Programme, a post-operative Pilates class for breast cancer patients.
