I have been a qualified Podiatrist for 28 years. I chose to specialise in podiatric surgery and completed my post graduate training including an MSc, surgical tutelage, registrar training, and finally qualified as a consultant podiatric surgeon in 2014. I specialise in foot surgery and am an expert in bunion surgery.
As a foot specialist I provide conservative care and surgery for pathologies including skin soft tissue and bone. Surgery for bone pathologies include arthroplasties, arthrodesis, osteotomies, cheilectomies, joint replacement and amputations. For soft tissues, a range of procedures from; synovectomies, tendon release/transfer/ lengthening/repair; neuroma/fibroma/ganglion excision. Nerve decompression and planta fascia release.
Since 2014 I have performed over 2,000 foot surgery procedures, including 450 digital procedures, 500 HAV corrections, 230 1st MTPJ Cheilectomy+/- osteotomies and 50 1st MTPJ fusions.
I am a guest lecturer at Queen Mary University of London on the Sports Medicine MSc, and also a guest lecturer at Huddersfield University on the MSc Theory of Podiatric surgery. I also present a webinar on the subject of Podiatric Surgery for Tomorrow's Podiatry which is aimed at students.
I am registered with the Faculty of Podiatric Surgery as a tutor for Podiatric Surgery. I regularly mentor, teach, and train a range of students.
I am experienced in treating a wide range of foot conditions and my main objective is to maintain functional mobility; encouraging people to stay active, fit, and healthy. I am experienced at treating a wide range of adult patients from professional athletes to the less active and retired. I take great pride in the quality of care provided to my patients.
I have held a post as an NHS Consultant Podiatric Surgeon at the Independent Health Group since 2014 and I also work as a Consultant Podiatric Surgeon at New Hall Hospital in Salisbury.

I live in Sussex with my husband and black cat, and have three grown up children. In my spare time I enjoy yoga, walking, and theatre. I am passionate about nutrition and love plant based cooking. I particularly enjoy audible books and love the performance of a good thriller.
