I trained in London and qualified as a doctor in 1994. After further specialist training, I was appointed as an NHS Consultant Cardiologist in 1994 in East Berkshire and South Bucks. Since then I have been central to the development of local advanced cardiac services including interventional cardiology (angioplasty/ stenting) and the implantation of complex pacemaker and defibrillator devices, In 2005, I co-founded Windsor Cardiology LLP with my colleague Dr Khalid Barakat.
I specialise in the prevention of cardiac disease, general cardiology – diagnosis and treatment of chest pain; palpitations; dizziness and fainting; heart murmurs and heart valve problems; high blood pressure (hypertension); breathlessness and suspected heart failure.

I live locally and my wife and I are kept busy as we have three young children and an active Labrador. Outside work I greatly enjoy travelling and love all sports. I am a keen skier and an FA-qualified football coach. When time allows, I am a golfing enthusiast with a slightly debatable handicap!
