Professional profile

I am an experienced Gynaecologist with more than 13 years of experience in obstetrics and gynaecology. After completing my undergraduate training in Sri Lanka, I moved to the UK in 2003 and completed my specialty training module at the London Deanery. During this period I worked in tertiary hospitals, including Kings College Hospital and Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital, among others. I have completed advance training in laparoscopy surgery, early pregnancy management including ultrasound scan, and I am trained in the management of pelvic floor prolapse. I am also an BSCCP accredited colposcopist.

I have a special interest in gynaecological oncology and colposcopy.
