Led by Dr Steve Baynes, sports medicine specialist, our sports medicine service offers treatment for a wide range of musculoskeletal and sport related injuries and conditions.

We have extensive sports medicine and performance testing expertise to treat amateur and professional athletes. This includes sports and exercise medicine (SEM) physicians, physiotherapists, Pilates instructors and chartered physiotherapists, osteopaths and chiropractors.

If your symptoms require further investigation we have quick access to x-ray, MRI and ultrasound diagnostics at Spire Southampton Hospital.

Our team is committed to returning you to fitness and your sport or activity as quickly as possible. Whether you are a weekend warrior, returning to work or a professional athlete. Getting you the right treatment quickly is our first priority.
