Mr Philip Kaloo is a consultant gynaecologist who specialises in the investigation and treatment of menstrual problems, pelvic pain and endometriosis and works both within the NHS and independently in the Cotswolds and Worcester. He is a specialist gynaecological laparoscopic surgeon with an additional interest in pelvic ultrasound.
Within the NHS (Gloucestershire NHS Foundation Trust) he is lead clinician for the NHS menstrual disorders clinic, the Endometriosis/pelvic pain clinic and the post-menopausal bleeding clinic at Cheltenham General Hospital. Having trained at University College Hospital Medical School, London he completed postgraduate training in Bristol, Cheltenham, Bath, Southampton and Winchester. An additional two years were spent in clinical and laboratory endometriosis research at the University of Sydney, Australia. He also holds an MSc in Advanced Gynaecological Endoscopy.
