I have been a consultant in the NHS with a special interest in general surgery, minimally invasive procedures, oesophageal and bariatric surgery since 2014. My field of expertise includes investigation and treatment of reflux disease, benign diseases of the upper GI tract and surgical treatment of morbid obesity.
My areas of surgical expertise include gallbladder surgery, hernia surgery (inguinal, umbilical and incisional), upper GI endoscopy, anti-reflux surgery, surgery for large hiatal hernias, achalasia surgery, gastric bypass for obesity, sleeve gastrectomy for obesity, revisional anti-reflux and bariatric surgery.
I have an inherent interest in Stoic philosophy, conflict resolution and negotiation techniques.
