The early pregnancy clinic at Spire Portsmouth Hospital is a specialised service for women in the first trimester of pregnancy, up until 11+6 weeks. The clinic is also suitable for women who have experienced recurrent miscarriages or are worried about an ectopic pregnancy.

Ms Nime Vaithilingam is the lead Consultant for Early Pregnancy and Acute Gynaecology at Queen Alexandra Hospital in Cosham and has over 20 years of experience in obstetrics and gynaecology.
She specialises in the management of recurrent miscarriages, early pregnancy, ultasound scanning, acute gynaecology complications, laparoscopic surgery, hysterectomy and hysteroscopy.
