I have been a Consultant Cardiologist since 2017. I graduated from University of Nottingham and trained in Cardiology in Sheffield and Nottingham, before completing a Cardiac MRI fellowship at Oxford. I am experienced in managing all heart related conditions, including ischaemic heart disease, valvular heart disease, heart failure and general cardiology.

My main expertise is in Advanced Cardiac Imaging, including Transthoracic Echocardiogram, Transoesophageal echocardiogram, Stress Echocardiogram (including Bike Stress and Dobutamine Stress), Contrast Echocardiogram and Cardiac MRI.

I also have a specialist interest in heart failure, working very closely with the Heart Failure team at Nottingham University Hospitals, and within the community, both in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. My NHS practice is based at the Trent Cardiac Centre, Nottingham University Hospitals.

I am a member of a steering committee of the British Society of Cardiac MRI (BSCMR) Heart Failure Research Task Force.

I was also the Clinical Lead in Cardiac Imaging, during my previous post at the Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Trust, during which I set up several new services including Stress Echocardiography.
