"I will keep you up to date with the time you will be going down to theatre, as well as making sure that you are happy and comfortable. I can pass on any feedback you have during your stay to the relevant departments immediately, so you receive the best possible service.  

I will answer any questions you have about the hospital, and if you have any clinical questions. I will ensure I get an answer for you from a clinical team member.

What I love about my role is that it allows me to do the little things which make such a big difference. I treat the patients I see as I would like a member of my own family to be treated."
