Our Vacancy

No cold calling!

In this ‘soft sell’ role based in Spire Roding, East London, you will receive calls and emails from ‘self-pay’ patients who don’t have private healthcare, but would like to consider using our extensive services. It will therefore be down to you to discuss the treatments, tests and therapies that are available, resolve their concerns, provide practical advice, divulge the costs of these services and explain the payment methods available to them. You will then schedule outpatient appointments with the relevant department and offer a comprehensive follow-up service, thereby bringing new customers into the hospital by converting their initial interest into a sale. Uniquely for a sales role, you won’t be cold-calling anyone, meaning you’ll have the pleasure of speaking to potential customers who are actually pleased to hear from you! 

To make the most of this position, you will therefore need fantastic communication skills with the confidence to secure sales. As such, some sales experience would be advantageous; as would knowledge of working in a healthcare environment – however, what is more important is your enthusiastic personality and your great telephone manner. Willing to work flexibly in a team to accommodate shifts Monday to Friday various shifts between the hours of  8am to 8pm, you will be excited about undertaking training to learn the terminology and systems needed to do this role to an exceptional level, and you will ensure the customers feel valued throughout their interactions with you.
