Specialist equipment - Alter G

This cutting edge rehabilitation and training equipment is available now at Little Aston

Incorporating NASA technology, the Alter G treadmill optimises performance by customising body weight to aid rehabilitation after injury or surgery. It's an anti-gravity treadmill that lowers a person’s bodyweight which reduces the impact forces on the lower body. This means you can increase your cardiovascular fitness, work on your walking or running technique or increase your weekly running mileage without overloading your tendons, ligaments or bones.

Our Alter G treadmill is available for use by elite and amateur athletes to enhance recovery from injury and surgery, or in preparation for events in the pursuit of optimising their performance.

Please note the Alter G is not available on a Sunday.
