I have been working as a Physiotherapist for the past 13 years, and have specialised in musculoskeletal physiotherapy for the last 10 years of that time period. My first 6 years were spent in the NHS, where in addition to a good grounding, I also gained specialist experience within rheumatology, pain management, and A&E. On moving into private practice I began to specialise further within the areas of Pilates, Acupuncture, and fascial release.
I specialise in the physiotherapy management of musculoskeletal conditions, ranging from post-operative orthopaedic surgery to sporting injuries.
I have treated thousands of patients with musculoskeletal injuries/disorders or following orthopaedic surgery over the past 13 years in both NHS and private settings.

I'm a keen traveller, and love travelling to places near and far to experience different cultures and ways of life. I'm also a culture enthusiast, and always make time to see music, art and film, in addition to being a bit of a bookworm. I enjoy long country walks and practice yoga regularly.
