"I enjoy working at Spire Little Aston as we have a knowledgeable team of dedicated physiotherapists who work collaboratively together to provide an excellent rehabilitation service."

Specialises in

I have been working as an outpatient Physiotherapist for over 30 years. I have since gained my BSc in Psychology, and this compliments my practice as a Specialised Physiotherapist.

I have a specialised interest in pain education and management, attending regular postgraduate courses. I have completed Pilates instructor matwork level 3 training with the APPI and am currently teaching clinical Pilates here at Perform Physiotherapy. I also have an interest in treating clients with vestibular balance dysfunctions, including benign positional vertigo.

I have over 30 years of practical experience treating both Inpatients on the ward and outpatients in the Physiotherapy Perform department, treating thousands of patients in that time.
