Treatment restrictions due to coronavirus (COVID-19)

As part of our longstanding relationship, we are proud to be dedicating our resources to the NHS at this important time. As a result many of our treatments are currently suspended and we are reviewing all planned procedures and consultations. We are making every effort to talk to impacted patients and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Professional profile

I have been working as an outpatient Physiotherapist for 24 years. I gained my BSc in Psychology 4 years ago with the Open University, and this compliments my practice as a Specialised Physiotherapist.

I have a specialised interest in Pain Education and management, attending regular postgraduate courses. I have completed Pilates Instructor Matwork level 3 training with the APPI and am currently teaching Clinical Pilates here at Perform Physiotherapy. I also have an interest in treating clients with Vestibular Dysfunctions, including Benign Positional Vertigo.

I have over 20 years of practical experience treating both inpatients on the ward and outpatients in the Physiotherapy Perform department, treating thousands of patients in that time.
