Spire Leicester Hospital Facebook Free Prize Draw

1. You will be automatically entered into a FREE Prize Draw when you ‘like’ the Spire Leicester Hospital Facebook Free Prize draw competition post. Only one entry will be permitted per person per day, regardless of how many times you ‘like’ the competition post.

2. Winners must be 18 years of age or over and permanently resident in the UK.

3. The winners will be selected electronically and at random from all entries received before the closing time. The closing time will be 09.00 am on the 20 December 2016.

4. The winner will be notified by Facebook post on the afternoon of the 20 December 2016.

5. The winners are responsible for all travel and expenses required for collection of the prize.

6. The prize must be claimed and collected by the winner, within one month of the date of notification.

7. The prize is not transferable and no cash alternative is available.

8. If you are the winner, the Promoter may request you to participate in any publicity or promotion organised by the Promoter including promotional photographs.

9. The Promoter is Spire Healthcare Limited, 3 Dorset Rise, London, EC4Y 8EN.14. Details of the winner will be available on request four weeks after the draw dates by sending a stamp addressed envelope to Spire Leicester Hospital, Gartree Road, Oadby Leicester LE2 2FF.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this offer or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

11. By entering, the participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

12. In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms and Conditions, the conduct, results and any other matters relating to this prize draw, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

13. By entering into the FREE Prize draw each entrant shall be deemed to release Facebook from any liability relating to the FREE Prize Draw.

14. The FREE Prize Draw is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.

15. Entrants to the FREE Prize Draw provide information to the promoter and not to Facebook.
