I am a specialist colorectal surgeon with a special interest in the treatment of haemorrhoids, peri-anal disease such as fistula and fissures, ulcerative colitis, Crohns disease and carcinoma of the colon and rectum.I underwent specialist training at St Mark's Hospital, London and the Coloproctoscopy Units in Nottingham and Adelaide before returning to Leicester as a consultant.I am widely published in the fields of coloproctology and have a doctorate relating to bowel cancer screening.
