Mr Philip J Sell
BM, MSc, FRCS
I was appointed as an Orthopaedic Consultant in 1993. My practice is exclusively that of spinal disorders. I deal with deformity, scoliosis, fractures, tumours, spinal stenosis, disc herniation and spinal pain.
I use evidence based approaches for the selection of effective health care interventions for my patients.
I operate on about 150 spinal cases per year and I see about 2,000 patients a year in my outpatient clinics.
Spire Leicester Hospital is only able to provide Covid-19 tests to patients undergoing surgery at our hospital. Covid-19 testing or antibody tests are not available as a standalone service.
