My practice at Spire Leicester Hospital mirrors my NHS practice, where I lead the Multidisciplinary Facial Pain Clinic at Leicester Hospitals. My main focus is on chronic abdominal pain, facial pain and headache.
I treat abdominal pain including abdominal myofascial pain syndrome (AMPS), anterior cutaneous entrapment syndrome (ACNES), visceral abdominal pain syndrome (VAPS) and abdominal migraine.
I have a special clinical interest in headaches including Migraine, Occipital Neuralgia, Cluster Headache and Tension Type Headache.
Facial Pain conditions I treat include Trigeminal Neuralgia, Trigeminal Neuropathic Pain (TNP), and Temporomandibular joint pain.
I also have an interest in sacroiliac joint pain, coccygeal pain, post-surgical pain including hernia pain, facet joint pain and shoulder joint pain. Nerve pain (Neuropathic pain) including post amputation phantom pain, Shingles (post herpetic neuropathy) and diabetic neuropathy. I also manage Fibromyalgia, Spinal stenosis and Whiplash induced pain.
I am involved in Clinical Research in Pain Medicine. I lead the Clinical Research Unit in Pain Medicine at University Hospitals of Leicester. I am also involved in teaching and hold the post of Honorary Senior Lecturer at the University of Leicester.

In addition to a full medical assessment, I offer medication and neural blockade, including nerve block injections and pulsed radio frequency therapy.
