Free hip and knee information event

24 November 2018

Do you suffer from hip or knee pain? Are day-to-day tasks, such as putting your socks on, a chore? Is a sports injury causing ongoing discomfort?

If these aches and pains are affecting your day-to-day life, why not join us at our free hip and knee surgery information morning hosted by expert orthopaedic surgeon Mr John Targett. Come along to find out more about the treatments we offer to get you back to fitness.

Our experienced consultant orthopaedic surgeon will begin by giving a presentation on the most common causes of hip and knee pain and the treatment and surgery that can help. Following his presentation, you will have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss your concerns with him.

Mr John Targett specialises in hip and knee surgery such as:

  • reconstructive knee surgery (including personalised and standard knee replacements)
  • injuries such as anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) ruptures
  • knee arthroscopy (minimally invasive surgery)
  • hip arthroscopy (minimally invasive surgery)
  • hip replacement

Our open mornings are relaxed and informal events where questions are asked in an open forum. Guests are more than welcome to bring a ‘plus one’.

There’ll be light refreshments, information to take away and plenty of opportunity to ask questions in a relaxed environment.
