Experience of Care Week, 23 - 27 April

Spire Hartswood Hospital is taking part in Experience of Care Week from 23 to 27 April 2018 to help us refine the care we give our patients, families/carers and staff.
This is an international initiative, celebrating the work that is happening across the health and social care sector to keep improving experiences of care for all.
We will be holding a series of events to which all staff will be invited, sharing our own experiences of care and learning from each other. In our last patient satisfaction survey (March 2018), ninety–eight per cent of patients said they would be ‘likely’ or ‘extremely likely’ to recommend us and our overall nursing care was also rated at ninety-eight percent
