Dr Nichani OBE, Consultant Paediatrician, is warning children, young people and adults about the dangers of excessive screen time use. Dr Nichani understands this is an issue that affects the young and old but it is particularly bad for the health and well-being of the younger generation who often spend hours and hours on their phones.
