I am a registered dietitian with a private practice at Spire Hartswood Hospital in Brentwood Essex. I have worked in the NHS for the past 11 years and have experience in a broad range of specialist areas from diabetes to oncology and cardiology to gastroenterology. I now specialise in weight management, sports nutrition, gut health, cancer and heart disease.
I have been a guest lecturer at the University of Hertfordshire and am a proficient public speaker. I work with Macmillan and the Essex Cancer Network and deliver frequent talks to large or small groups on nutrition and cancer.
I specialise in helping people to lose or gain weight, I am a licensed Counterweight Plus Practitioner and I’m trained to supervise a low FODMAP diet. I am also a registered Sports and Exercise Nutritionist.

COVID-19 testing or antibody tests are not available as a standalone service at Spire Hartswood Hospital.
I came to dietetics later in life and have a deep curiosity about how nutrition effects our health. I try to practice what I preach and enjoy cooking and eating. I also enjoy tennis and swimming and have done the odd triathlon. Family comes first and I understand the demands of a busy life and the curve balls it sometimes throws and, therefore, like to treat all clients holistically.
