I studied at the University of Hertfordshire and qualified as a physiotherapist in 2002. After qualifying I worked as a rotational physiotherapist at Southend University Hospital and specialised in respiratory and inpatient care before moving onto specialise in women’s health, which I have done for the past 10 years.
I am experienced in treating antenatal and postnatal clients, as well as women with pelvic floor dysfunction and pelvic pain. I have completed APPI Pilates mat work training and enjoy teaching one-to-one and group-based physio led classes.
