“From checking in at reception to being discharged everyone was polite and courteous which made for a brilliant customer experience. Mr Irwin was easy to talk to during the operation, as it was local anaesthetic, he was keeping me informed of everything he was doing. He told me what I needed to do to look after my wound after being discharged. Again, a very pleasant customer experience. This was a brilliant customer experience from start to finish, everyone played their part, nothing could be faulted. The hospital food was absolutely excellent, it's a wonderful hospital, spotlessly clean, and I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.”
