I am an orthopaedic and trauma surgeon with a subspecialty interest in foot and ankle surgery and lower limb surgery. I believe in tailoring non-operative and operative treatment options to the individual. I trained on the South East Thames orthopaedic higher surgical rotation between 2000 and 2006, and was appointed to my current post in 2007. I successfully completed a Fellowship in sports medicine at Perth Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Centre in Australia in 2005, and a visitation to Dr Pascal Rippstein, co-developer of the Mobility Ankle Replacement at the Schulthess Klinik, Zurich, Switzerland in October 2011.
I perform the following procedures: hip replacement, knee replacement, ankle replacement or fusion, arthroscopy for knee and ankle conditions, foot and ankle surgery and bunion surgery.
