As a consultant in Anaesthesia and Pain Management my special interest is in neuropathic pain. I also specialise in managing chronic pain conditions including spinal pain, back pain, sciatica, SI joint pain and neck pain.
I completed training from Oxford School of Anaesthesia with the award of Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in anaesthesia from Royal College of Anaesthesia, London in Aug 2014. This training programme is competency based, and covers basic, intermediate and higher and advanced levels of training in Anaesthesia, Pain management and Intensive Care Medicine. I have done advanced training in Pain Medicine with additional post CCT fellowship learning advanced neuromodulation techniques like Spinal Cord Stimulator and Cancer Pain Management.
I am currently working in East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust Hospitals, Hertfordshire, UK.
I have been a member of IASP, BPS and represents neuropathic pain Special Interests Group. I have publications with the Cochrane PaPaS group.
