I was appointed as Consultant Respiratory Physician at Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust in 2013. I am a member of the Royal College of Physicians (UK), the British Medical Association and the British Thoracic Society.
I have had comprehensive training in all aspects of respiratory medicine in some of the premier hospitals in Surrey and London, including specialist training in difficult asthma and chronic cough at the Royal Brompton Hospital.
I spent three years conducting research into lung cancer at the world famous Royal Marsden Hospital and the Institute of Cancer Research, one of the world’s leading cancer research organisations. Following this, I was awarded the degree of Doctor of Medicine in Research from the University of London in 2013. Following on from my research I have a particularly strong interest in the early diagnosis of lung cancer.
I diagnosis and treat all aspects of Respiratory Medicine including breathlessness, Asthma, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)/Emphysema, Chronic Cough, Interstitial Lung Disease/Fibrosis, Sleep Apnoea, respiratory infection and Bronchiectasis.

My personal life mainly revolves around my family. However, I do enjoy watching and playing a number of sports. I am currently a manager of a local youth football team.
